Foster Parent Training Events are for active foster parents.

To celebrate and encourage the many families who have opened their hearts and homes to foster children, several Southern Baptist Churches across the state are inviting foster families to participate in foster parent training while their children enjoy quality, age-appropriate activities. While the children are in their own learning time, the parents will receive required annual foster care training (approved by DHS) from a Christian perspective.

OBHC Foster Care Training

Thank you for your consideration in attending one of our planned events. You can approach registration as a “cafeteria style” plan and select as many training sites as you desire. We invite you to attend one day or as many days of an event that fit into your schedule. We are happy to have you join in on any training that peaks your interest!
