We have created flexible volunteer opportunities to match your unique skills and schedule. You can serve on one of our four campuses, support a Hope Pregnancy Center, or get involved through your church or community group.

Oklahoma Volunteer Opportunities FAQ
If you are looking for meaningful volunteer opportunities, Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children (OBHC) offers many ways to get involved. Review the common questions below to learn how you can make a difference or find your next service project.
What volunteer opportunities are available at OBHC?
We offer a variety of ways to serve our campuses and ministries. You can help with campus landscaping and maintenance, organize specific donation drives, or assist our staff during special events. We also offer opportunities for tutoring and mentoring our residents, which require a more in-depth application and vetting process.
Who can volunteer with OBHC?
We welcome individuals, families, church groups, and corporate teams. Whether you want to serve for a single afternoon or commit to a long-term recurring role, we have a place for you. Please note that any volunteers working directly with children must be at least 18 years old and pass a comprehensive background check.
Do I need special training to volunteer?
It depends entirely on the role you choose. General campus workdays and special-event assistance do not require formal training. However, if you plan to work directly with the children in our care, we will provide specific orientation and training to ensure everyone stays safe and supported.
How can I sign up to volunteer?
Getting started is simple. You can fill out our brief online campus volunteer interest form or the Hope Pregnancy volunteer interest form, and our dedicated staff will contact you to find the perfect fit for your skills and schedule.
