Foster Family Resources

One Such Child is working with churches across the state to partner with the foster care community and provide a supportive network. One Such Child does this by:

Providing recertification training opportunities
Helping foster/adoptive families to connect with support groups in their communities
Connecting churches to the foster/adoptive community
Recruiting foster and adoptive families

Approved Training Opportunities

One Such Child partners with local churches to offer recertification training events throughout the state, free of charge.

Lending Library

The One Such Child office has a lending library of DVD studies, books and other resources that have been approved by DHS for re-certification training hours and personal growth. For inquiries, please email onesuchchild@obhc.org.

Support Groups

It is important to be connected and know you are not alone. One Such Child is always a resource for your questions or concerns, training opportunities and to help you and your family become more connected to support services in your community.
