Plant a Tree and Reap

Annual Harvests

Endowment earnings provide "fruit" every year for Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children.

Steady Growth

Endowment principal increases with prudent management.

Pleasing Results

Endowment funds allow OBHC to achieve worth goals.

Girl showing the OBHC Giving Tree Pictured above: For OBHC's Centennial in 2003, a Century Tree was designed by Steve Childers, made of 9,670 brass tacks, with each tack representing a child in our care during our first 100 years. This 5' by 5' plaque is on public display in our home office. A child from one of the campuses points to a very shiny tack and says, "That's me!"

You can plant an endowment tree and name it after yourself, your family, or a person who has influenced you in a significant way. For generations, your tree will yield valuable resources to help OBHC accomplish its mission.

The mission of OBHC is to help children become capable, caring Christian adults by sharing Christ's love and providing hope and homes for children.
