Itinerary*

WEDNESDAY, MAY 29

Depart from Oklahoma City or Tulsa to Washington, D.C. Times and flight schedule to be given at a later date. Upon arrival in Washington, D.C., we will spend some time at the Air and Space Museum. We will have dinner as a group before checking in at the hotel, where we will spend the next four nights.

THURSDAY, MAY 30

Breakfast at the hotel. We will take an all-day guided city tour, making stops at the Vietnam Memorial, Korean Memorial, FDR Memorial, World War II Memorial and Arlington Cemetery, where we will see the Changing of the Guard Ceremony at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. In the evening we will see a Washington Nationals baseball game.

FRIDAY, MAY 31

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will visit the National Cathedral. The afternoon will be spent visiting the Smithsonian Museums – Natural History and American History Museums, along with the Holocaust Museum. We will have dinner as a group at the famous Carmines. In the evening we will make stops at the Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial and Kennedy Center.

SATURDAY, JUNE 1

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will visit Mt. Vernon, the home of George Washington. We will have lunch at the Mt. Vernon Inn before we visit the U.S. Capitol. Later that afternoon, we will visit the National Archives Building to see the Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights. We will have dinner as a group in Old Town Alexandria before returning to the hotel.

SUNDAY, JUNE 2

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, we will stop for a White House photo stop before visiting the Museum of the Bible. Later we will depart for the airport and return home.
