Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children

October 2017

Children's Hope is just one of several Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children (OBHC) programs that is impacting the lives of families and children.

Started more than ten years ago, Children's Hope has assisted and ministered to more than 300 families, impacting 550 children. And with our new facility opened in Owasso, OBHC is impacting even more families through Children's Hope. Please take a moment and see how supporting OBHC is making a positive impact!

One Such Child: encourage-connect-engage

Interested in impacting the next generation?

Currently, nearly 10,000 Oklahoma children are in the custody of DHS and in need of out-of-home placement. The purpose of One Such Child is to help and encourage families in foster parenting roles. Southern Baptist Churches across the state are participating in foster parent training while their children enjoy quality, age-appropriate activities. Parents also can receive required annual foster care training (approved by DHS) from a Christian perspective. To find out more or attend a training event, visit obhc.org/OneSuchChild.
